Threshing Floor is Parish Ruth (vocals, guitars), Josh Ruth (bass), and Andy Covington (drums). This formation of the band began in early 2009. Parish and Josh are brothers while Andy joined thru a mutual friend at church. From there we continued to meet at least once a week on the weekends to fellowship, pray then play.

Story behind the song
I wrote this song for all the people in my life who have drifted or walked away from following Christ. I may never know exactly why or understand what caused some of my friends or family to walk away from their faith, but I will always love them regardless.
