Welcome to the home of Raskal Concepts. I am switching up a lot of things and I'm currently working on some new material. I enjoy making music you've never heard of. I don't believe in following the mass. I love to be original and experiment with music and most of all, have fun.
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
Since an early age, Raskal sought out to make a difference in the lives of true hip hop heads. Not following what TV dictates and giving in to the image. I love breakdancing, graffiti, i the whole hip hop culture. To me, it's my form of life. I seek to change music as we know it, and take hip hop back.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
I don't play live at the moment.
Your musical influences
I listened to a lot of jazz growing up. I have a lot of Hispanic music in me. I love anything that speaks without trying to hard. Anything that has a message I can relate to, as well as the vibe I get from instrumentals.
What equipment do you use?
my computer, my keyboard, my mind, my sanity.
Anything else?
I give a lot of credit to all those who never listen to what people say and always keep on going, even though times will have you thinking that life is hard. Just keep your head up.
