Some of Uptown's major highlights include their performances with Theo Peoples, the former lead singer of the Temptations. Uptown was the opening act two times for the Internationally known jazz recording artist and saxophonist, Najee. Uptown was the entertainment for Tennessee Titans organization for the 2000 Super Bowl Festivities.
With Uptown you do not have to choose just one style of music because of the groups awesome versatility. Uptown offers a variety of of music styles including: Swing, Contemporary Jazz, Dance, Rock, R&B, Top 40, Motown, Funk, Gospel, Beach, and Country & Western. One of Uptown's major highlights for 1999 includes their performance with Theo Peoples, the former lead singer of the Temptations.
