When you purchase a Leasing contract, you will receive a printable E-Mail with your contract rights. I will also have a copy as well for my own records. When you purchase the contract, you will have already agreed to the terms of service.

Leasing a beat is good for non-profit purposes. There is no possible way to make a profit off of my track/s under a leasing contract, DO NOT DO IT. You will receive the track in an MP3 format only. WAV files are too large to send through E-Mail or messengers, they just take too long.

Leases are good for: Collabs, Non-Profit Mixtapes, etc.

When you purchase an Exclusive contract, you will receive a printable E-mail with your contract rights. I will also have a copy for my own records. When you purchase the contract, you will have already agreed to the terms of service.

Buying an Exclusive contract, sells the beat permanently. The instrumental can no longer be sold exclusively, but can be leased as many times as requested. Exclusive contracts give me the right to take a certain percentage (5%) of profits, if your track sells more than 500 copies. The format of the instrumental will be sent via e-mail/aim/yahoo messenger in an MP3 format.

There are 3 ways I accept payments.

1.) PAYPAL

This is the quickest and easiest way to complete the transactions. If you do not have a PAYPAL account, I suggest you get yourself one. It requires either a credit card, or a bank account.

2.) CHECKS

You contact me, and you can send me a check in the mail, as long as we've spoken on the phone before hand.

3.) MONEY ORDERS

You can either go to AMSCOT or WESTERN UNION. As long as we've spoken on the phone before hand.
