3 talented ladies who make their own beats without sampling, write their own lyrics, and produce their own work. Vice-Verse-Versatile combined their different styles to create Universal Speakers. Reggae/Hip-Hop/and R&B Flavors. We do music for the love of it! Not to work. Enjoy and pass on the music.
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
Vice, Verse, Versatile hooked up in high school when we were around 15-16 years old. We all enjoy music and we wrote our own songs to popular songs that were on the radio, simply by buying the singles for the instrumentals and recording it on a built in karaoke mini stereo. From there it went on as a passion to create our own beats and perform.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
Yes, at various venues and events, but mostly charity or community events.
