Unit Live
Evan Styler and the Fluent Emcee work to bring their own style to today’s hip hop in the form of UNIT LIVE. A movement that encompasses a stellar balance between rap and melody, acompanied by a six man live show. Fluent has worked in the music industry for years engineering recording sessions and writing lyrics, he recorded several solo tracks under various names since 1999. E-Style began rapping in early grade school. He was involved in multiple bands from the age of 16 expounding a hybrid of genres from his first microphone experience. Unit Live released their first promotional disk; Outta Sight, Outta Mind, on Fall of 2002. Their material strives to blend melody with harmony while rhymes flow over the beat like a wave, which showcase Fluent’s verbal landscaping and E-Styles', diversified vocals.
