Technically speaking UNDYING INC in its current form, started raising hell in the sweltering summer of 2003 in New Delhi, but the seeds were sown a long time back in the cold confines of the mountain city Shillong, in the North eastern part of India. This incidentally being the hometown of all band members. Childhood and schooltime friends who grew up listening to the same no-holds-barred kind of old skool thrash and death metal. The addition of drummer Sangyt ended a long search and helped define them as a band.
