Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
Uncommon Sound Productions has been bangin' out hot tracks for the underground hip-hop and R&B communities since 1996......And we're still growing and expanding. The next step is to go mainstream and help change the face of the music business.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
All of our work is done strictly in the studio, but our clients have played all over the country.
Your musical influences
Some of the biggest influences in our production styles are Dr. Dre, DJ Quik, Erick Sermon and Teddy Riley. If you listen carefully to our work you'll be able to pick up these influences, but don't expect to hear cheap imitations of these guys. U-Sound keeps it real and we do our own thing.
