Uncle Roses
Preservative Preservative
Here's another little jazz track I pulled together. Have a nice day! *wink, wink*
The Carnival The Carnival
Here's a nice scary track that I wrote ages ago. It's crazy and whacked out, and you should listen to it. It makes me think of Ray Bradbury's story 'Something Wicked This Way Comes.'
Calm Before the Storm Calm Before the Storm
This song was inspired by Napoleon Dynamite. That and the good friend who convinced me to watch it.
Rain Down Rain Down
Here's a track that I wrote well over a year ago. It was lately resurected by a friend of mine, and I think you all deserve to hear it.
The Girl with the Dark Hair The Girl with the Dark Hair
I wrote this for the most beautiful girl I know. The mp3 is not as crisp as I would like. I hope to get a higher quality one up soon.
Advent Advent
More DnB done with the CMi93 DVD. I've really been enjoying these samples. This song is fairly complex, but not as dark as My Mask or the Walls of Dis.
My Mask My Mask
This is the second track I've used the CMi93 samples on. Deliciously dark DnB - I think I'm getting better at this. Would you like to see my mask?
It's In the Eyes It's In the Eyes
This is a song I wrote for a friend's very happy birthday. It's mellow and soothing, so I'm listing it as ambient, even though it has fast tempo.
The Walls of Dis The Walls of Dis
This is the darkest track I've ever written. While simplistic, it is very catchy. I wrote it immediatly after I got the new issue of Computer Music, and those of you who have the magazine may recognize some of the samples.
La Force La Force
La Force was a prison in Paris in "A Tale of Two Cities." This song tries to capture a bit of the feeling that might have been there. Pronounce it "La Four" and you'll be close.
You and I You and I
Here's a bit of a gabber track. After seeing Star Wars Episode III a few times, I wanted to write another song with SW clips in it. But all I had was Episode II clips! Enjoy.
Niceties Niceties
Although I grew up on jazz, and was trained as a jazz guitarist, I have done very few jazz tracks. This is one of them, and I am astounded at it.
Sacrificial Chamber (Rose on the Rocks Mix) Sacrificial Chamber (Rose on the Rocks Mix)
This track is a remix of 'Sacrificial Chamber' by GeeViouS (www.soundclick.com/geevious). While his track is dark and menacing, mine is more chilled.
Plotted Blindness Plotted Blindness
One of the tightest DnB tunes I've cooked up in a while. Samples from Haunted (Teen Titans episode). Great flutes and drums, not too much bass.
Conscience Conscience
Here's something nice. It's the 2nd decent song I've written since college started in August. Shows you how draining college can be. Anyway, this is a more down-tempo DnB track. No TV or movie samples...yet.
The Weeping Bell The Weeping Bell
This song is quite a departure for me. It's not a style I'd ever done before, but it just came together so beautifully. Mostly, it's me indulging my love of the Fender Rhodes. Plus, I played all the piano parts myself - improv solo and all.
Doctor Doom Doctor Doom
This song actually has nothing to do with the Fantastic 4. I saw the trailer on TV and needed a title for the song, and Doctor Doom seemed cool. I have read some of the old comics though.
Empire Empire
Well, Mandate isn't out yet, but this track is too good to hold back from you guys. Take a listen.
