Tuesdays Child

.so here we are waiting for the lights to set down, for the show to begin Tonight is home, BrightonLondon yesterday, Manchester next week. Playing the sound of today, the music of tomorrow are four core members; Keith Manix (bass), Robert Bruce (vocals, keys), Marco Fenix Susino (guitars) and James Drohan (drums). Right out of the box, the vivid image of the band riding the stage is raw and rockin, opening up with a tight and funkified Kiss Myself, merging to skin tight rhythms and innovative melodies on Imagination to an emotional assault on the track You. This is one of those bands where their live shows are as good as their studio laborsif not better. Not pigeonholed to a single style their influences touch genres such as funk, alternative punk rock and indie. The show is about to end and the last song is the one that acquired the bands credibility. All ends on an extended blasting version of Take Me There, with Rob striking his old school strap on keyboard and Fenix playing on top of James bass drum, while the crowd is ecstatic. Ive attended one of the best live shows of an unsigned band, unknown to many, but surely not for long.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
Putting on crazy live performances, the band has quickly acquired a 'must see' reputation after just a few gigs and is now commencing a supporting tour for their debut album.'
Your musical influences
Influenced by bands like The Police, Chic and George Clinton, the Sex Pistols and Stevie Wonder, Tuesdays Child recorded and mixed their first single 'Take Me There' in their hometown Brighton studio. Their music breaks a new sound, a mixture of strong lyrics and energetic melodies which give each song a strong emotional core.
