Tru Sole Entertaiment is not a band at all. In itself we are a family, as well as a division of Eyce Kold Productions (you can find the link below). I am the father, founder, and originator of Tru Sole Ent. My name is Richard Marquez. I'm the producer for Tru Sole and the Co-Producer for Eyce Kold Entertainment. DJ Burr and myself merged in 2003 to create an "Abstrakt" sound for all genres of music. Come follow me...
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
Tru Sole Entertainment was officially launched in 2002-2003. Nearing the latter part of 2003 I (Richard Marquez) began to intensively work with DJ Burr of Eyce Kold Productions. The two of us (DJ Burr and I) formed a merger (one name 2 bodies) and we called it "An Abstrakt Force" and under that name were the two labels, Eyce Kold and Tru Sole. We've been together every since...and we're on the rise.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
Two artist from Tru Sole have and do perform live. They are both members of the group MizLeadin' which is a featured group on Tru Sole.
