Trionfale
Formed in 2004, Trionfale is a melodic metal group from Southern Finland. One could describe the groups music as a combination of speedball riffs and catchy vocal lines covered with synth frosting on the top.
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
Former bandmates Lauri Hannola and Roni Seppänen got an idea along with keyboardist Risto Kupiainen and bassist Pekko Heikkilä to set up a band that would perform vivid hard-rocking material by members who would share in common both talent and ambition. Since the band was short of a drummer, an ad was put to several Internet forums. Perttu Kurttila contacted the band via e-mail and showed the rest of the group that age isnt nothing but a number when it comes to playing drums. Eventually the band was ready to start practising and writing more material. In April 2005 Trionfale recorded their first demo at Musamuusa Studios. It featured songs Fields Of Destiny , Oathbound and Fading Into Shadows.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
Since the band is pretty young in age, there have been no actual gigs. We have some gigs booked in
Helsinki for the summer.
