Tribaldust is a 5 piece progressive metal band out of Cape Girardeau, Mo a small river town in the midwest. They are a heavy hitting rythmn machine with powerful grooves in each of their songs. They write well together pouring out songs of brutal force yet stepping back with melodic breakdowns. A vocal range not matched by many of todays metal bands keeps it all together for great listening.
Band/artist history
Tribaldust formed in the Fall of 2000. Five extremely focused musicians coming together by chance in a small midwest American river town. They've been hard at work writing their first project together. The songs are filled with energy. Crushing rythyms with melodic breakdowns keep any metal lover into their powerful groove. Big things have begone to happen recently with the release of their EP and plans of extensive touring spring-summer 2004.
Have you performed in front of an audience?
We love to play live. It is our passion in the purest form. We play every other weekend. Every 2 months in our home town, then travel other times.
Your musical influences
Like I said before our percussion gives way to a jungle beat on many points. We blend this with some crushing modern metal guitar riffs. Vocally we're more melodic with occasional emotional screams accenting.

Mesa rigs, Crate rigs, Schecter & ESP Guitars, Tama drums.

TJ of tribal dust... It has a touch of korn on the guitars......very sonic...i liked the vocals..both of them in unison......nice change of direction in the middle.... certainly has potential....most prob needs a producers opinion..... good stuff guy's ...i'm sure you will do well..... the song construction is pretty good...nice spacing on the drums.....as they say less is more.... rob
