We are a group that is based out of the Tampa bay area, Skully is originaly from the Philadelphia area (Norristown,Pa) but we formed in Tampa and you can find us on the Tampa club scene puttin in work.Band/artist history
When Skully moved down from Pa he linked up with Swerv and La Fame in Highschool. We began hitten up local studios and came across a T-town vet named T-Red who introduced us to a producer named Rook who is now a part of Justice League production staff who's produced for Mary J Blige, Toni Braxton, Young Jeezy and more. Through Rook we met a young go- getter named Ramond Mcloud who set us up with an in house studio and the rest is history.Your musical influences
We grew up in an era when lyrics mattered so I (Skully) was a Nas fan,Biggie and Pac ofcourse were major. Biggie for his lyrics and Pac for his political voice. Also Wu tang and there movement kept my ryhmes sharp. But were natural party animals so we know how to make em dance without sacrificing our lyrical content. But we can't forget the real old school like Slik Rick, NWA, and other classic groups so were well rounded.What equipment do you use?
Swerv is crazy on the Yamaha Motif 8 and with Protools so we keep it state of the art with our sound, you can always expect somethin new.Anything else?
