Trail of Ash
When all you do is burn, you leave such a putrid trail of ash....
The words ring true with compositions defying depression and enlightenment, seizing the emotions you always want to express while holding fear much, much closer than it should be. The "Trail of Ash" project is the work of Bobby Destroy-her, baritone guitarist for the B.C thrash oddity Devour the Undead. While on a break with his family for the birth of his new baby, the concepts from years of composition and lyrics came together. In a few short weeks of 8 hour recording sessions until the sun came up, the first 3 tracks were born and posted up with an astonishing response. The remainder of the album is being recorded on a nightly basis in hopes to release before the end of 2010.
Vocals are being added in the coming weeks, for now it's a taste of instrumental to start with...
