Leasing Rights: Leasing rights are perfect for aspiring artists that want to put that perfect demo together (websites too). The beat can be sold multiple to parties, but we will not lease to more than 5 individuals. Once the beat is purchased we will email you the mp3 (so you can work right away) and mail you a cd containing the beat. You will also be mailed a signed lease contract by TrackArmy/INC Productions. A 3-month lease is $30 and a 6 month lease is $45. A leased beat cannot be resold or used for profitable commercial purposes. Beat is still owned by TrackArmy/INC Productions.
Exclusive Rights: Exclusive rights are perfect for an artist/company that is putting an album together. When a beat is purchased exlusively, it means just that, "Exclusive". It will not be sold to another party (beat will be removed from the site at purchasers request). Once the beat is purchased we will email you the mp3 (so you can work right away) and mail you a cd containing the beat. The cd will contain the full original beat (full mix), full original beat dry (no effects on tracks), and all the seperated tracks as wav files. You will also be mailed a signed exclusive contract by TrackArmy/INC Productions. Exclusive beats usually run from $150 - $400. Email for an exact price (we work out deals). You can use an exclusive beat for as long as you like and use it for any and all profitable commercial purposes. The beat cannot be resold and is still owned by TrackArmy/INC Productions.
Buy out rights: Most people don't like to give up 100% of their copyrights. Well times have changed. When you purchase our rights, it's YOURS. You have ownership even if it's leased to someone else. You own it, you can resell it, you can do whatever your heart desires with it. Even if you make millions with it, we don't see a dime. Once the beat is purchased we will email you the mp3 (so you can work right away) and mail you a cd containing the beat. The cd will contain the full original beat (full mix), full original beat dry (no effects on tracks), and all the seperated tracks as wav files. You will also be mailed a signed contract by TrackArmy/INC Productions giving up our rights. You will also be sent a transfer copyright right from the US Library of Congress (takes 3-6 months).
