Composed for a songfight.com contest (under the title "Switcheroo"). First time I've done this kind of harmony work with my vocals.

It seems my little world has gotten a little more confusing
Topsy-turvy upside down and twisted through and all around
You didn't tell me exactly why it is you decided to leave
Or if you did for some reason I just didn't hear the sound

I thought we had our plans and expectations somewhat worked out
Had a sense of who we are and where we're going next
So it seems a little sudden now for you to say it's over
Without any sufficiently explanatory audio or text

Something that matters fell out of my hands
