In recent months Kathleen Irish Songbird has put her music on hold as her family life took an unexpected turn when her son Michael was diagnosed with cancer in March 2010.. Over the course of his treatment many families walking the same journey inspired Kathleen to focus on raisng Awareness of Childhood Cancer.. Many children along that walk have died from this desease and it is Kathleens goal is to to lead people in whatever way she can through her music and web design to lead people to becoming aware that cancer is the leading cause of death in childhood..

I want to thank everyone that has supported my music especially Brand New Pair Of Wings.Anna was finally laid to rest 28th August.This has been a really difficult time for our family but i thank god for the healing given to each and every one of us.
Brand New Pair Of wings has had over 100000 plays on the internet bringing a wonderful response from many for the healing they have recieved.Worldwide Anna has touched so many lives this in it'self has stregthened her daddies faith that his daughter had work to do for the Lord.
It will be Annas birthday on September the first and Anna tribute album will be released over here in Ireland on that day,Please pray that this album becomes an instrument of Gods love and healing.
