Story behind the song

Composed for the October 2007 KVR monthly music contest.

All sounds were recorded with a Zoom H2. Sounds are mostly from digging out a sidewalk, and include shovels in gravel, concrete blocks, and a crowbar. Also included are a scanner at the checkout of my local library, a book slamming shut, and paper tearing. 

Effects used: Truc (from the DC), Omniverb, Broadcast Processor, Barricade, Fruity Flangus, Fruity Delay Bank, Delta Phase
