Welcome, my name is Tam Mac, a Solo recording artist, I play Electric, Acoustic and Bass guitar, and Drums on my songs. I also write and sing all the vocals you hear, I Produce/Record and Engineer all of my own work. Since I began writing in 2001, it's been an interesting journey as I was just a guitar player up until that point. Making the decision to fulfill my ambition to make records was a difficult one. For a start I knew nothing about songwriting and even worse, I knew nothing about how to record music so I knew this was going to be a real challenge for me. After weeks of trying to figure out how to work my new digital 8 track recorder, I was almost on my way back to the shop with it in defeat. Then suddenly out of the despair came my first song 'Zapped', this song gave me the inspiration to carry on for the next five years. I'm a strong believer in the philosophy that the more you do something the easier it becomes, and I hope that when you listen to my music you will agree with this. The last five years have been the hardest of my life and the thing I found the hardest was trying to maintain my self belief. Five years on, and I have just recently released some of my songs. The amazing feedback I am receiving is restoring my self belief once more, and now I feel I have the confidence to start work on new material. I can't tell you how much I appreciate your genuine help and support, all I can say is that without it, I would not be doing this. Best wishes to you all....Tam.... PS: There's one thing in life you have to remember If you don't believe in yourself, no one else will !
