Story behind the song
The title "Golana Returns" is a takeoff on the rebirth of analog synth sounds, golana is analog spelled backward. I did this song several years ago and put it on Garageband and a lot of people liked it but wanted a more updated sound. I was reticent to do it because I wanted a retro sound. I finally found the right mix of analog recreations. There has been this analog synth rebirth for several years that is beyond my comprehension they are a real pain to work with.
