Story behind the song

Charlie was over at my house for awhile sometime during the summer of 2004 and this was one of the songs that resulted from the recording sessions. We even wrote lyrics for it, but they never got recorded. In fact, we never recorded any lyrics for any of our songs, unless we were just goofing off. I still have the lyrics somewhere...
