ÒThe Bad Boys of Funk!Ó

The musical style can be sufficiently

defined as a fusion of POWER FUNK,

rap and rock and roll with heavy progression.

On stage, 18th Issue displays uncommon ferocity and

flair, exuding a character completely gripping and

completely original.

This tight quartet has been in the funk business for

ten years. Influenced by Old & New School FUNK/ROCK

genres from bands like Infectious Grooves, RHCP, RATM,

Anthrax, Incubus, Icons: James Brown, George Clinton,

Tower of Power, including local bands like P.O.T., VST&Co.,

Juan dela Cruz & all the 70Õs Rock & Funk era.

2003. Album "ROCKUMENTARY" under Alpha Records,

produced & recorded by Ian Umali and Mally Paraguya of P.O.T.

2004. AWIT AWARDS Nominee for Best Rock Song "Funky Mama"
