Story behind the song

This is the first completed song for my sophomore album in which I hope to release spring 2005.  The song really wrote itself as I remember little detail putting it together because it happened so fast.  But I had just moved and now had the room to set up a decent recording space.  This was the first thing I came up with and although the song sounds a bit dark this was a happier time of life for me.
