Ghetto Congress is an aspiring group from Long Beach, CA, consisting of 3 rappers, Timepiece, Iatoan (I-a-tone), and Chito (cheeto-like the chips), all still in high school in the 16-17 age range. We each bring our own style to the table giving each song a different feeling that fans of the rap game hasn't yet experienced.
