Off the Ground
Corey Goldwaves Music – Acoustic Piano Artist
Crooner-Inspired Jazz Fusion Track | Off the Ground by Corey Goldwaves Music
I'm a black transracial adoptee playing piano to help me deal with the trauma and the psychological pain of being raised in an all white community.
I am a transracial adoptee that has been playing the piano, composing and singing for over thirty five years. I am a vocal jazz tenor but have been trained in multiple music genres. I compose symphonic arrangements in my free time and also dabble in electronic music. I was featured in the book In Sunlight Or In Shadow by Karen Wilhem, for my jazz rendition of Danny Boy and have played at the Scarab Club, the Rooster Tail, Von Maur and many other upscale venues.
