Vasco learned to play guitar in his youth with his brother Jorge Dinis Moreira. Jorge Dinis attended the Porto Jazz School. Dinis made a lot of original music, many concerts and even played at Palácio de Cristal in Porto (Current Pavilhão Rosa Mota - Super Bock Arena) alone with a guitar at an Porto Schools event.
