Joey returned to live in Brisbane, Australia in January 2024 after nearly 20 years of living & working in the UK

His songs & music are predominantly upbeat dance & club tracks with the occasional release of emotionally charged songs & albums, proving him to be a very talented, versatile artist & producer

Joey worked closely with Clive-aka-Spyda, (known affectionately as 'Merlin the Magic Music Maker'), at Spyda Music Productions in the UK throughout the Summer & Winter of 2023

His first album '3-00 AM' with its edm & club tracks, received critical acclaim worldwide & his heart wrenching vocal album 'Heartless Goodbye' proved to be equally as successful

Joey Koala & Spyda Music Productions have produced 78albums to date, with 5 already released - available at over 150 digital music stores & streaming sites worldwide

Joey Koala still plans to work closely with Clive & the S.M.P. Team whenever possible, thanks to the power of the internet
