Story behind the song

OK, not good advice for people suffering from depression, I know – but there is something in it if you’re feeling a bit down in the dumps. We empathise by mirroring facial features, which then trigger similar emotions in us – so if we force ourselves to smile it can make the brain release the kind of chemical messages we get when we are truly feeling happy… OK, maybe it’s just a song…
