Story behind the song
Former NASA Astronaut Lisa Nowak became involved in a love triangle when she found out that her heartthrob was dating fellow astronaut Colleen Shipman. Nowak drove 900 miles straight from Houston to Orlando to accost Shipman. In her car were a BB pistol, pepper spray, a 2-pound drilling hammer, black gloves, rubber tubing, plastic garbage bags, and an 8-inch (20 cm) Gerber folding knife. She was arrested for attempted kidnapping, pled out to a lesser charge, and was dismissed from service. This parody had a good run on the airwaves while that story played out. Based on a mercifully-short-lived TV sitcom, "It's About Time", about two astronauts who accidentally travel back in time to prehistoric days, then return with a couple of cavepersons.
