Story behind the song

I wrote this song to describe the feeling a person gets when he feels he or she has lost all there friends. What does it have to do with the title you ask? 
DOES IT MATTER?!? 

It took me awhile to write it, And the shaker is actually a bottle of Vitamen C.. Imagine That!
Im playing the drum sticks on my table, on a block of wood and on my shoe!..
well...anyway.. i guess the name of the peice should be called, banging on a trash can.. 
but most everyone really enjoys it.
