Toxic Yoghurt
We a Band called Toxic Yoghurt from Worksop near Sheffield in the UK. We formed just over 2 years ago and started out just after we had all picked up instruments. We've had a few line-up changes and have managed to find a line-up now which works really well and are begining to make a mark for ourselves around the local area.
We have enjoyed sucess in Doncaster, Sheffeild Rotherham and a few other places and have been lucky enough to get gigs with MyBe, Uncle Brian, Mixtwitch, Brat, Not Katies and loads of other local Bands, much is this is down to Padley of Diatribe (www.diatribe.tk) thanks man and also the help and support of other local Bands from the area (5FD, Minus Sumthin, Carpetmouth).

Toxic Yoghurt - Three Chord Punk Rock
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
We formed a few years back and since then have just built up a Fan Base etc.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
We've played in and around our Local Area. We've played the Sheffeild Boardwalk, Charters Arms In Rotherham, The Leopard in Doncaster etc.
The best moment was probably when we played our first gig at the Charters Arms and getting asked to do loads more there or when we played with MyBe and the audience seems to really like us and get moving which felt realy good for us all.
Your musical influences
We've been classified as a Pop-Punk Band, which were quite happy to admit but some of our songs to have heavier sides to them, not your full on Death Metal but a harder edged form of Punk Rock.

Some Emo Bands (FFAF)
Mainly we just enjoy making music people can move to and enjoy.

We're a typical line-up, nothing fancy with:
Wardy - Lead Guitar, Vocals
Marv - Rhythm Guitar, Bakcing Vocals
Bobby - Bass Guitar
Jim - Drums
