The ultra-tepid Town Parkers enjoy nothing more than getting back into that rock-funky disco thingy. We've started off with a couple of mellow Pop rock tracks, a pure Brit Pop song (Superstar) & then we tried a bit of soft-Ska with "Reason". Band members are: Dave 'FSM' Scott is on guitar/vox/production. Dave's the clever one, and the talanted one, and the charming one (git). Richard's on Drums. Richard's best trick is to kick off a 4 min track and then, thanks to Dave's dodgy Drum Stool, slowly sink towards his pedals. We've worked out that he travels about 5cm per minute. Sticky's on Rhythm. The name Sticky (or Sticks) comes from his amazing Guitar 'Licks' & has nothing at all to do with this nocturnal activities whilst alone in bed. Wardy, that's me, (on Vocals, Guitar) completes the band in its current format. We all have a say on how the musics put together - particualarly our newer stuff - & to top it all off, we sound great; which is just as well, cos we certainly don't look it.Band/artist history
Our fans from Minsk (BellaRussia) know us as "The Al' Bums". We looked for a musician called Al' for about 3 years to make our Band name more ironic, without success.Have you performed in front of an audience? We've all played live with other bands, but never together. It's on our list of things to do, straight after "write list".
Your musical influences
"Crout Crouch"; "Disco in the Bathroom, yah" &
"Pushed & Flushed. Forget it, it's gone"Anything else?
Wey hey, crazies! Relax in a nice warm tub - you know: dressing-gowns & chocolate - watch a Hugh Grant movie. Hmmm. Not me, no. Not me. Beer 'n' Birds. All comments (1)

Living just outside of Swindon myself, i can understand why "You smiled at me" was written. Poeple rarely smile round these parts! Nice tracks and good competent playing all round, keep up the good work!
