Tin Gods were formed back in 1994 and became a regular feature on the music scene up until 2008. Interest was shown by Parlaphone, Factory 2 and Sony, but unfortunately no contracts materialised.
Now, in 2023 they've decided to have another bash at making some noise in the form of Power pop/Indie anthems.
We'll be uploading new recordings soon and hope you enjoy :)
Band/artist history
Previous reviews:
"You know that feeling you get at the end of a really good, uplifting film? And that feeling when you've worked really hard on something and the end result has been better than you expected?
"That's what tin gods give to you, without fail, every gig.
"Every song is a classic; a relentlessly anthemic delivery of driving rock and roll, flawlessly executed and passionately expressed.
"In their time together, the gods have played all over the U.K. including numerous gigs in the capital. They've supported bands such as The Verve at the 1995 Heineken Festival and more recently Laika Dog and The Bluetones and though interest was expressed by EMI, Parlophone and Factory2, the band have yet to sign.
"The band have weathered lost members, bad luck and a wildly fluctuating local music scene, but have carried on regardless, through it all simply getting better and better. Now in 2006 with their strongest ever line-up and strongest ever sound, tin gods are set to claim the attention they so rightly deserve.
"A joy to work with and totally professional, tin gods are polite, helpful, well motivated and always make putting on a good show their number one priority. They love what they do and it shows in every moment you spend with them.
"Look out for them at a venue near you. Not to be missed."

"A band revamped, streamlined and re-focused; the return of the Tin Gods was both less and more than anyone expected. Less pomp, for certain, but more great songs, and quite simply a band that sound as fresh and new as it is
possible to sound these days."
