Tim Donovan is a UK based composer working in a wide range of genres. His pieces have received thousands of placements worldwide in the television, film, radio, advertising and audiovisual industries. UK television broadcasts featuring his music include GMTV, This Morning, DIY SOS, Art Attack, Blue Murder, etc.
Tim is also the owner of T.D. Samples, a sound design company creating musical instrument software and sample packs for use in computer-based audio productions. Users of his products include Medwyn Goodall (New Age music legend), Bruce Fowler (orchestrator - Batman v Superman / Spiderman 2), Paul Mirkovich (musical director - The Voice U.S. / Keyboards - Pink) and Hal Lindes (guitarist - Dire Straits).

In 1998, Tim embarked on a personal project writing a tranquil collection of haunting themes inspired by nature. 'Stormclouds' won Best Instrumental Track in the annual chilloutaddict.com awards 2006. Released under the name Ammadawn, these vintage tracks are available as a free download.
