Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
We formed THRUST in October of 1997. The band has always sought ways to combine our diverse musical backgrounds and preferences together so that our music is original and not carbon copies of other bands. Our goal from the beginning has been to bring our own fervent and high-energy songs to the world of music, and re-define the standards for spectacular live performances long lost since the beginning of the 90's. Currently we are touring in support of our self-titled album on DK Records.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
All the time. We do a circuit in NYC, Albany, and we travel on occasion to Buffalo, Boston, Montreal and Harrisburg, PA.
Your musical influences
Powerful Rock shows! We are actually influenced by a very diverse group of musicians: Rush, The Beach Boys, Metallica, Journey, Van Halen, Michael Jackson.
