The Villain was origionally a side project from Shards of April (wich is now called Gatamean flybye (or something like that)) called Rape whistle. it consisted of the one guitarist from shards playing drums and the other doing lead vocals and the frontman playing guitar. then Ash Camron joined the band and it became bowser. Then Jared left shards and him and ash said goodbye to their drummer and frontman for reasons that are not in anyway suggesting that Tim and Steve are not good musicians. Scott and Jared wrote all the rest of the songs between them and recorded their e.p. sarcastically called "lives lost in the battlefeild of love" Jared played guiar and vocals, Ash played guitar and drums. They are currently looking for a drumemr and frontman.
we started a couple of weeks ago but we will soon be playing live.
Definitely Botch, fear before the march of flames, daughters, converge, underminded and others that dont come to mind (sorry)
Jared has an old epiphone sg guitar and a peavy studio pro 212 transtube amp. Ash has not a guitar or amp and borrows Jareds little and and crappy guitar but is often borrowing better stuff from bands that Jared and Ash record.
We sound fear before the march of flamish with heavy breakdowns and sun toned down grindcore.
