Formed in Cyprus by Andrew and Nick, Unleaded have recently moved to the UK (Jan 2004) and are now part of the London rock scene. Their brief history begins in 1998 where Unleaded entered a band competition in Amarte Club in Nicosia Cyprus where they shared first place with another young band. Later on in 1998 Unleaded went into the studio and recorded an album which was independently distributed around Cyprus. It gained radio airplay on the islands top radio stations including KissFM, Radio1 and BFBS (British Forces Broadcasting Station). The band was also interviewed on CyBC 2, CyBC 3, Radio Elios and Radio Mega. Last summer Unleaded played live several times in Ayia Napa including the "Hard Rock Cafe". Over the summer Unleaded recorded a 3-song demo CD and are now in the process of promoting it in the pursuit of getting signed.Band/artist history
