The Two Crew

The Two Crew is the husband and wife duo, Rudy and Dottie Barrett, of Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. We have been a part of the music scene in Pigeon Forge since 1973. We recently retired from the professional music scene, but still enjoy doing a limited number of shows.

Our recording of "At The End Of Dusty Road" was a number one requested song on one east Tennessee radio station for 13 weeks Our History We are long time residents of the Gatlinburg-Pigeon Forge area of the Great Smoky Mountains. We are proud of the fact that we were members of the first professional country music show in Pigeon Forge, the Smoky Mountain Hayride/Grand Ol' Opry Show. As the saying goes, "we were there when it started," and glad that we were a part of what has become the new country music capital of the United States, Pigeon Forge.

We do play a limited number of shows throughout the southern United States.

Traditional country, bluegrass, and gospel are our major influences. We call our music "Smoky Mountain Style Country Music." It's country music with a good dose of banjo and mandolin blended in.

We record and produce all of our music for our backing tracks for our shows. Our stage equiptment is rather rudimentary. PA, good mikes, speakers, and player. Our recording is done using Cakewalk Sonar.

Music gives me life. Therefore I give life to music.
