The Turning Circle
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
The Turning Circle is a currently a studio project, formed in a small flat in Copenhagen in July 2006.
There are no vocals in the songs right now, new versions of the songs with lyrics will be available soon (or as soon as I get a singer).
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
Not at the moment, right now it's just me. Soon I want to get some bandmates together and turn it into a proper band and plays some gigs.
Your musical influences
I like fast, energetic music with an interesting atmosphere, something a little different, I love the sound of cranked guitars, crashing drums and deep deep bass.
What equipment do you use?
For guitars an Ovation 1431 Ultra GP, Fender Telecaster, Hamer USA Studio Custom, Fender Strat and a Greco Flying V. Amp-wise I use a Mesa MKIV Combo. I have stacks of effects pedals, I love effects pedals. The songs were recorded direct using an MI Audio Black Box.
