Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
Formed during the "Winter of Discontent" (2003-2004)
when long-time collaborators Kirk Calderon and Craig Garbos
joined forces with Joshua Peters, THE SHAKES have a single
purpose in mind:
to revitalize live rock & roll, soul, funk and blues music.
The trio wasted no time establishing themselves
as a band that likes to have a good time on stage.
With blistering guitar solos, extended jams and
a no-holds-barred attitude that turns cynics into believers
they are what live music is all about. From Motown to Hendrix,
The Beatles to Neil Young they do it all, and they do it their way.
Their philosophy is simple: to make sure that every crowd,
every night have a good time on the floor as
THE SHAKES do on stage.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
