These Guys

These Guys - we are a Quirk Rock/Metal band from Ayrshire in Scotland. We have just released our debut album 'The Riot Is Here' and are currently writing tracks for the follow up.
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
Hailing from the sunny Ayrshire town of Prestwick These Guys pour out an astonishing blend of energy, emotion and excitement with a hint mind just a hint of sheer ROCK GREATNESS! These Guys started out by getting down a few tracks in the hopes of making some sort of an impact at the local 'Battle Of The Bands', which they won. Fueled by this victory, These Guys go forth and record the 84 demo and set about the local venues such as The Space Place in Pwick and Fury Murries in Ayr. These Guys put on another explosive performance supporting The Hugh Reed Explosion at The Renfrew Ferry in Glasgow and also rocked the hell out of Rockers, Barfly and Ivory Blacks/Strawberry Fields among others. After some tension in the band These Guys regrouped all shiney and new. New member and everything, yet continue with the ass kicking of everything. And before you know it These Guys are up in the studio recording their first thirteen track masterpiece 'The Riot Is Here', which, if you dont already own a copy you should go buy NOW! from Theseguys.co.uk
