Armed with superb talent and production skill Quest M.C.O.D.Y is packing “The most deadly two hit combo the industry will ever feel.” Quest M.C.O.D.Y is set forth a whole new look on music itself. Quest M.C.O.D.Y is in full swing to release his LP “The Quest for Immortality” which features great production complimented by his splendid verbal delivery. He. is a young man that can feed various listeners. Rather you’re looking for “raw” hip-hop, something to ride to, or just something to bump in the club He’s got it! Basically, he’s multidimensional. His resume goes as far back as 1995 when he was signed to House Music pioneer Juan Atkins’ national label
Metroplex Records. At a very young age he was already being noticed, but due to the label’s lack of experience in dealing with Hip-Hop nothing ever surfaced. In 1999 he and his partner in rhyme Klassic gained underground respect with the release of their single titled “That’s What I Do”. With that he began performing through out Detroit, which spawned into him sharing stages with the likes of WU-TANG CLAN, D-12, FUNK MASTER FLEX, BIG CAP,
ROYCE DA 5'9, FREE WAY, OBIE TRICE, MC LYTE, YOUNG JEEZY, LIL WAYNE 50 CENT and a list of others. Performing with stars of that magnitude still wasn’t enough for He., he then decided to enter a realm of hip-hop he had flirted with in the past BATTLE RAPPING! Since his first major battle in November 2002 he has been on a tear dominating open mics and rap battles through out Detroit. In less than a year’s span He. has won the premiere 8 mile Style battle hosted by D-12’s own BIG PROOF, been battle champion of the syndicated radio station Q95.5 FM Friday freestyle battle, won FOOT ACTION/AND 1 and WJLB’s rap battle gaining him appearances in FOOT ACTION'S in-store videos, show-cased in the hip-hop documentary “DETROIT vs. CLEVLAND” and "DETROIT vs. NEW YORK" that is being nationally distributed through out the U.S. by BLOCK BUSTER VIDEO, is Wayne State University’s current Battle Champion, is the Hip-Hop Summit’s reigning Battle champion, has been featured on international television, been selected (out of thousands) to compete in the ADIDAS All-Day All-Night MC battle in the Apollo Theater has been featured on the front page of The Detroit News and also on the cover of it’s Entertainment section with none other than RUSSELL SIMMONS, REVERAND RUN(of Run DMC) and Detroit’s own EMINEM, Quest M.C.O.D.Y was hand-picked by INTERSCOPE RECORDS and SHOWTIME Networks to be a featured artist in the fall series “The Next” as Detroit’s sole representative. He also was recently featured on MTV's True Life:I'm a Battle Rapper. These are major accomplishments for an individual in such a short time. This story was almost ended in mid 1994 when Quest M.C.O.D.Y born Kimani Graham suffer a fractured skull in a near death car crash which in turn resulted in the death of his grandmother and to aunt's. Quest knows the meaning of life and understands that his life was spared because of whats set for him to accomplish in the future. What’s scary is that Quest M.C.O.D.Y has just begun! Brace yourself because you are about to witness an aftermath like no other! Be on the look out for Quest M.C.O.D.Y HE IS INDEED THE FUTURE OF HIP HOP!!!
