The Reagan Babies
We are Guerilla rock. Political and functional. We take the cultural activism of folk and integrate it with a range of music genres.
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
We've developed our sound over 15 years of protest, friendship, drugs, whores, bums, addicts, bridges, mushrooms, cows, fields, praries and such. There is no history that does not lead to the same place which is where we are and have been.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
We play live often and attempt to create the harmony and chaos depicted in the world we live. Our folk IS jazz.
Your musical influences
We have performed with Billy Bragg, Pete Seeger and other lesser knowns. Influences include the Fugs, John Coltrane, Art Blakey, ACDC, Lou Reed.
What equipment do you use?
