The Morte Project
This is The Morte Project an Industrial/Metal type feel of an Orange County underground musician, Joey Linares (known for his guitar work in the black/death metal band Crimson Lacrymosa). When Crimson Lacrymosa was on hold for a while Joey decided to continue writing music and began exploring more into the Industrial sound. You couldnt take the Metal out of Joey so he meshed up the two different genres and the birth of Morte began.Have you performed in front of an audience?No, not with Morte atleast not yet. I do with Crimson Lacrymosa though and its a rush, I wouldnt trade it for anything. We have played from Riverside to Hollywood and it has all been a great experience.
Your musical influences
I like old skinny puppy alot, I like the new stuff but the old stuff really hits the spot for me. Nine Inch Nails is great, they always have been. Other than that I dont have much influences. Im just doing what sounds good to me.What equipment do you use?
For the industrial feel I use alot of computer programs. Way TOO many to name.Admin
