The Memories

The Memories like you. You like the Memories At times quietly tuneful, at times abrasive, the underlying element of pop and uncanny attention to melody is what makes The Memories stand out from their rock contemporaries. Influenced by bands like the Beatles, the Pixies, and Weezer, the Memories tread the thin line between art and entertainment with the mastery of a tightrope walker. Their music is introspective while also undeniably catchy.
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
Hailing from all over the northern Illinois area, the members of the Memories came together with the commmon goal of bringing quality rock music to the world. With Jake Becvar on lead guitar and vocals, Eric D'Asto on bass and vocals, Eli Nicolosi on lead vocals and guitar, and Joe DiZillo on percussion, they, along with others in the Memory Militia, have started on accomplishing that goal.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
