The Masquerade
The revolving door of the brigade leaves Aaron Meyer as the only constant member of the band that ranges from Aaron alone with his guitar, to a full band.
Aaron steps forward to head this new collective of local musicians who perform under the name of the Masquerade. Aaron's folky style of polar accoustic guitar melds with digital, rock, and classical music to create an emotional backdrop for stories that eek from the angst that can only emanate from a callousing, small town. This mixture of diffidence and demur blend to an eclectic sound. There's no telling what direction the collective may go stylistically, promising an ever-changing sound that will remain experimental.Band/artist history
Well, I just got out of a band called Lo-Fi, which was a blast. I loved it but we just all started maturing a little and decided to persue more individual things to nurse our own styles. We all still back eachother up a lot though.Have you performed in front of an audience?I sure do. I've played at The Matrix in Chehalis a few times but I'm actully just starting to actually play for crowds.
Your musical influences
Well, I don't want to compare myself to any such greats as I'd like to imagine I take influence from but people tell me they hear some Bright Eyes in me.Admin
