The LMNTS
The LMNTS hails from Barbados, a thriving little island in the West Indies (Caribbean). The group started as a 14 member rap crew recording over Mobb Deep and Wu Tang Instrumentals and rocking shows and cyphers. Due to unforseen circumstances i.e. life, the crew has been whittled down to a 4 man core group, with 3 extended members. The crew began its sojourn into the music world with the name Chaotic Tendencies. However, that name no longer applies to the character which the crew personifies. We are about to take the world by storm, make no mistake...
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
CT (The LMNTS) has been around on the Barbadian music scene since 1997 and has had favourable radio and performance exposure. Their beginnings were humble, doing their first records on TDK tapes over popular instrumentals and rockin' mics at local shows and cyphers. The group made its first appearance on radio in 1997 with a track called Let it Be Known. Several songs and a few radio hits later, the group emerged with their biggest success, Earthtones, a soulful commentary on the distubing visuals of the world expressed as sounds. The group fell off the Bajan scene in 2002, when most of its members went off to various universities.
