The Katet
The Katet are primarily a rock band, but also encompass an eclectic mix of other styles and influences, ranging from early blues, 60's psychedelic rock, various kinds of acoustic music, funk and reggae, through to erm, David Bowie. We also like strange, far-out, exciting music from the other side of morning.
You can't pigeon-hole these cats, that's for sure.
The aim of our music is to bring people together, and perhaps change in some small way, the limited way people perceive both themselves and the world around them. Also we aim to make people jump up and down and dance a lot, shout and smile. And sometimes make them angry.Have you performed in front of an audience?We have only played one gig so far, it was class. We were nervous as hell, but we went out and we rocked Bar Blisses socks off.
