The Jetson Maneuver
After having previous experience in other bands, members Jon Stout, Steve Anderson, Danny Hall, and Andrew Weisenberger came together to play a faster and harder version of punk than experienced in their past bands. But TJM have never just limited themselves to the genre of punk; also experimenting with other musical forms such as reggae and hardcore. Known for energetic live performances where every member gives their all, The Jetson Maneuver is a band to look out for.
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
Steve and Danny were originally in the pop punk band Samurai Deli, Jon was in the punk band The Crave, and Andrew was in the emo/ pop punk band Nonsense, as well as other various hardcore and ska outfits.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
We play live all the time. We've played at Skunk a Riffic records (and was banned) and played at the now de-funct venue the Void; as well as at our fair share of high school band showcases/competitions
Your musical influences
We all listen to a bunch of different music. These are some bands the different members listen to:Pedro the Lion, Millencolin,Bad Astronaut, No Use For a Name, Propagandhi, Toasty Grandpa, The Pixies, Sparta, Weezer, Minor Threat, Anti-Flag,The Misfits, The Distillers, Green Day, Radiohead, ATDI, and the Tongues just to name a few!
